Keywords It is important to choose descriptive keywords for your website and webpages. Search engines pay litlle if any importance to the keyword meta tag as it has been misused in the past. It can be a good idea to include important keywords in the keyword tag - but do not over-do-it. Excessive repetition of keywords can have your website banned - or - pushed back in the results.
Description A important tag as the discription often is used in the search engine result pages. However, not all search engines do this - Google picks for instance a section of the the webpage.
H1 HTML Headline tag - use as in well written documents or articles, headlines of various sizes for the main headline, secondary and sub headlines. The H1 is the main headline tag on your page.

b html tag indication bold typeface, do not use in excess. Try to only bold what really is important. It is also visually more pleasing and easier to read a page that does not bold every second word.
The page-structure - Online and offline documents share very similar requirements for ease of read. A short introduction - a bread text discussing the topic, and a conclusion in the end. If required divide the bread text into sections for easy readability.

Include ALT texts to describe what the image is about. Do not use to much image content as it slows down the loading of the webpage. Compress the image files for quicker loading of your page. If you have a lot of images and all are required - use thumbnails - with links to enlaged images. The page loads quicker and those interested in the images get a quick overview and can still see them in enlarged size if they like to.
